    Rosewood Crawfish Festival
    Crawl, Don’t Walk to the Rosewood Crawfish Festival! The Greater Rosewood Merchants Association is gearing up to bring some infamous Creole cuisine to the Midlands! Lovers of all things Creole and Cajun are invited to Rosewood Drive to take part in one of the city’s favorite celebrations, featuring over 10,000 pounds of fresh Louisiana grown crawfish. If crawfish aren’t your thing, lots of other tasty treats will be available for your dining pleasure.

    Repticon Columbia
    Repticon is coming to Jamil Temple! Repticon, a nationwide promoter of reptile and exotic animal expos, brings its unique blend of vendors, breeders and educators back to Columbia for a family-oriented, fun-filled event. The expo brings thousands of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, spiders and small exoit animals to area enthusiasts. Top breeders and vendors will offer animals, merchandise, cages, supplies, live and frozen feeders, and their expert advice where needed. In addition, world-class seminars by industry experts will educate and entertain throughout the event.

    SC Poultry Festival
    Come on out to the South Carolina Poultry Festival to enjoy an antique car & collector show, crafts, volleyball tournament, amusement rides and food, evening street dance, 5K road race, K-9s in flight and corn toss tournament. Plus, live entertainment, fireworks and more! There is something for everyone at this exciting South Carolina event.

    Governor's Cup Road Race
    Launched in 1973, the Lexington Medical Center Governor’s Cup Road Race is one of the oldest, continuously conducted road race events in the Southeast. South Carolina’s Running Festival kicks off with an Expo. The excitement moves on to the Main Street Mile and Kid’s Mile (Fun Run) on Friday evening. The Half Marathon and the 5k Run/Walk will take place on Saturday. The finish area will include music, food, vendors, and activities leading up to our awards ceremonies and a post-race celebration.

    Lexington Blowfish Baseball 2019 Home Games
    Cheer on the Blowfish Baseball team at Lexington County Baseball Stadium! The new stadium's capacity for baseball is 3,000 and provides fans with a more pleasant and intimate ballpark experience. It includes an expanded concourse, bowl seating for a more intimate field view, Wrigley Field style box seats, a rightfield berm, leftfield lawn seating and an enclosed air conditioned hospitality club.

    Twilight in the Garden Summer Movies - Marry Poppins Returns
    Cool off in the Splash Zone at Waterfall Junction from 6PM until dusk. Then roll out a blanket and catch a movie at the Garden’s amphitheater. Enjoy a few Friday evenings with family at Riverbanks Botanical Garden this summer! No outside food or drink allowed; concessions will be available for purchase.
